Do you offer corporate services? +
Made Suits Corporate Service offers companies and organisations the opportunity to dress employees and participants, both men and women, uniformly and representative for events and fairs. We help you to choose from our large selection of fits and fabrics to create an outfit
We take measurements of those wearing the outfits at either our store locations or at your location. Upon delivery of the outfits, you have the option of having a tailor present to make any alterations should it be necessary.
Corporate Service is currently exclusively available in Singapore Only
Made Suits Products
How long does your suits usually take? +
For Bespoke to Measure, we usually take 4 - 6 weeks with zero to One fitting for a Full Bespoke we take 7 - 9 Weeks with one - two fittings inbetween.
How long does your shirts take? +
We usually take 2 - 3 weeks for our shirts, because of the semi handmade details thats the timeline we provide.
What is the difference between Bespoke to measure and Bespoke? +
Firstly, the bespoke to measure is base on templates of Made Suits signature housecut with faster lead time which is 60% handmade with zero - one fitting depending on the client's body shape we shall provide alteration if there is any needed, you can read more about it here
For Full bespoke, we usually do 80% handmade usually in full canvas for the suit with One - Two Fittings inbetween depending on the client's bodyshape, usally client's suit pattern are done from start to finish which are made by our inhouse master tailor
What is the difference with MS x CWKIRIN? +
For MS x CWKIRIN is our collaboration between Japan CWKKIRIN Bespoke and CHINA CLARANCEWONG Tailor , and all suits are made it in tokyo base on CWKIRIN exclusive housecut which is 100% handmade from the canvassing to the shoulder shaping its all done only by hand, hence the longer lead time. With One to Two Fittings inbetween depending on the client's body shape. Read more about it here
Do you tailor Morning coats or Tuxedo? +
Yes we do, we provide tailoring for Morning Coats and Tuxedos.
Do you tailor for ladies? +
Yes, we have hired a tailor specially to cut ladies suits, we do not use a men's cut to apply for the ladies, we focus on enhancing the ladies silhouette with bust cups on our suits to provide a flattering silhouette for our female clients.
Do you provide other than your "Romania Housecut"? +
Yes definitely, even though our tailors are in the school of italian tailoring, we also do provide english cuts suits as well however usually our clients do prefer to go for our Signature Style
Do you provide off the rack suits or shirt? +
No not at this current time, however we do provide Made To Order with fix sizes.

Do i need to make appointment just to browse?+
First, You would already need to know your budget, we go strictly by appointments only to understand more about our housecut and fabrics you can use the link here
How long does an appointment usually take +
It depends, usually it would take 1 - 2 hours depending on your needs. We usually aim to get the whole appointment done in 1.5 hours so please make some time for yourself during the appointment
Can i do a virtual appointment? +
Yes, we do virtual viewings on Zoom calls where we speak to you and understand what you are looking for, showcasing some of our housecuts and fabrics. You can use the link here
Online Orders
Do you ship to my country? +
We ship worldwide.
Which Shipping partners you use? +
Our shipping partners are DHL, FedEx and the Qxpress and we charges a flat rate for each of the different courier.
Where do you ship from +
Our Showroom store is based in Singapore and we ship from our local showroom.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master and American Express. Additionally, we also accept Apple Pay, Alipay as a payment method.
Is tax excluded from my order? +
We do not charge any tax so the prices you see is what you will pay.
Can I exchange for a different item? +
Yes. We accept both return and exchange within 14 Days of the Purcahse. However Made-to-Measure (MTM), Made-to-Order (MTO) and Bespoke items are non-exchangeable and exempted from being returned. We cannot accept returns of such items as the items are personalized for the customer and cannot be stocked.
